Pulsar Interactive currently offers free consultation, estimates and technical support via telephone or e-mail methods only.

BID & PROPOSAL PRICES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST OR DEPENDING ON THE MAGNITUDE OF THE PROJECT PRESENTED. ALL OTHER JOBS, TASKS OR PROJECTS WILL BE BILLED ON A TIME AND MATERIAL BASIS.

Note: There are no hidden fees. All T&M charges for Pulsar Interactive are stipulated below.

Pulsar Interactive Current Billing Procedures & Rates:

A service Trip Charge will be applied to all of our scheduled tickets, repair, installation or otherwise, at the now current rate of $ 50.00. (One Time Fee)

Travel time fees will apply to any job further than 40 miles from our P.O. Box origin at the now current rate of $ 40.00 per hour. (One Hour Minimum, Billed in half hour increments if required)

The P.O. Box origination address is  P.O. Box 30745 Alexandria, VA. 22310. Pulsar Interactive uses Google Maps, powered by Google to determine distances and travel times.

** NEW: **  Pulsar Interactive has integrated a new Flat Rate Pricing System.

Thus, we are now able to arrive at a pre-determined price for our customers, prior to us beginning the work. Our hourly rates will still remain in effect for all service call ticket related issues as described below.

Discounted rates apply when more than one technician is visiting the premise to assist in the project completion

Residential Services:

Standard Base Rates For Corresponding Residential Services Provided.

Telephone System Services: (Digital / Analog)

    Per Hour               $  65.00

Electrical Services:

   Per Hour               $   65.00

Data Networking or Home Automation Services:

   Per Hour               $   65.00

Commercial Services:

Standard Base Rates For Corresponding Commercial Services Provided.

Telephone System Services: (Digital / Analog)

    Per Hour                $ 85.00

Electrical Services:

    Per Hour                $ 85.00

Data Networking Services:

    Per Hour                $ 85.00

Computer Services:

Standard Base Rates For Corresponding Computer Services Provided. [Hardware and Software Only, Does Not Include Data Networking Services]

Customer Drop Off & Pickup: 

     Per Hour             $  40.00

On Site Repair:

     Per Hour            $   70.00

Rates vary according to the job ticket or project request type respectively as noted above. Examples are Electrical, Data Configuration, Communication or Digital Telecom system installation / configuration. The above rates given are our set rates. For any variations or alterations requested after an estimate is given a written request by the customer or a contract modification document will be required.

You will be notified for any necessary alterations required and the direct relation to the cost of the estimated total to complete a project once discovered. IF REQUIRED

Consultation

Unless the visit or services are initiated by a Pulsar Interactive authorized representative, an on site visit for consultation purposes, consultation for floor plan revision or consultation for engineered drawings will be billed at the now current rate of $ 40.00 per hour.  Billing for these services will begin from the time of arrival. These fees are additional to any other fees which may apply according to the billing stipulations noted above.

Only Pulsar Interactive well qualified and trained employees will be sent to you for consultation purposes.
